Join Us in Celebrating the Persian New Year: NoRooz is officially registered by the United Nations as an International Day and by UNESCO as "The Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity" NoRooz marks the first day of spring and the beginning of the year in Iranian calendar. For millennia NoRooz has been celebrated by people in Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and in many other parts of the world. Refreshments will be served.
